Students will learn how to ask and answer questions in Spanish, give and follow directions, purchase items, make small talk, and present the gospel. The textbook is rich with activities to help students gain confidence with the Spanish language. The class will focus on the major components of learning a language: speaking, listening, reading and writing, as well as the culture of native Spanish speakers. Class activities will include lecture, quizzes, students interacting with each other in Spanish, listening comprehension, class presentations, and the Verb Ball.
